Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 47400 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all provisions stated below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 47400 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 47400 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services offered. Acceptance of these terms is deemed to have occurred when you register an account, log in, or otherwise actively use the 47400 platform — regardless of how you access it, whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided by 47400.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Use by anyone below the minimum age is strictly prohibited, and 47400 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To make full use of 47400's services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 47400 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. 47400 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents, for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested verification may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
All 47400 users must comply with the platform's usage rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure and fund freezing:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt 47400's systems and infrastructure.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Spreading false information, defamatory content, or material that damages the reputation of 47400 or its users.
- Any attempt to exploit technical errors, bugs, or system inconsistencies for unauthorised gain.
47400 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action at the platform's discretion.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 47400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and online banking via FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful verification. Processing times typically range from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method. 47400 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
For withdrawals, users must use the same payment method as the original deposit for security and compliance purposes. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in your account portal. 47400 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving any withdrawal that is of a large or unusual amount. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processing is complete, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by 47400.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
47400 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 47400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical issues beyond our control.
All content on the 47400 platform — including logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, text, and software code — is the intellectual property of 47400 and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any content without prior written consent from 47400.
The 47400 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 47400 does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, terms of use, or content. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
47400 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or requests from relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining funds may be subject to temporary withholding or disposal at 47400's discretion.
47400 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time in response to business needs or regulatory changes. Notice of any changes will be communicated through the platform's official channels. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 47400 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
